Pawsitive Pets Inc. is the only company that offers a subscription box that is geared to dog owners and their furry friends. Created by 3 crazy dog women that share the same passion – dogs!! We are passionate about what we do and want to share that with all of you! Our products are all hand/home made, delivering quality products that you and your canine will love!
How does it work?
Signing up for our Subscription Box is as easy as 1,2,3!
1. Pick your subscription frequency (single, 3month, 6 month)
2. Tell us a little about yourself and your pet
3. Start receiving your monthly treats!
When Will I Be Billed?
Credit cards will be charged on the 1st of each month, with boxes being shipped on the 15th of each month.
How do I Cancel?
We will be sad to see you go, but we understand sometimes circumstances change! If you cancel before the 1st of the month, your subscription will not be automatically renewed and your credit card will not be charged. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your automatic renewal. You can rejoin again anytime.
Can I Cancel Early?
Because of our tiered pricing strategy, you are unable to cancel a 3 or 6 month subscription service. You will be billed until the end of your subscription duration and will continue to receive your boxes. If you require an immediate cancellation before your alotted subscription service is complete, a $15 cancellation fee for a 3 month subscription and a $20 cancellation fee for a 6 month subscription will be charged.
When can I expect my Box?
Boxes are shipped out Canada Post on the 15th of each month. Standard shipping of 3-5 days is typical. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you subscribe after the 1st of the month, your subscription service will begin the following month.
What Organization are 10% of profits Donated to?
We give back locally to our local dog rescues and you can choose one at checkout or have us pick one for you as well!
Items will be refunded on a case by case basis and will only be refunded for damaged product. Proof of damage will be required. Email us at email@example.com
